- All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We aim to assist our customers wherever possible and maintain a liberal cancellation policy. The policy below explains
cancellation requests, returns, and refunds.
- Cancellation requests: Cancellation requests will be considered only if they are made immediately
after placing the order. If the order has already been communicated to the vendor/merchant and the vendor has
started processing or shipping the order, cancellation may not be possible.
- Perishable items: We do not accept cancellations for perishable items (for example, flowers, eatables,
or similar). However, where a perishable item is received damaged or of unacceptable quality, a refund or replacement
may be considered if you report the issue as described below.
- Damaged, defective or not-as-described items: If you receive damaged, defective or materially
different items, report the issue to our Customer Service team within 30 days of receipt. Our
merchant/vendor will be asked to inspect and confirm the issue; once validated, we will initiate an appropriate
remedy (refund, replacement or store credit) in line with the specific Service or product policy.
- Manufacturer warranty items: For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, please first
contact the manufacturer or authorized service center for warranty support. If a refund is approved by us after
due assessment, refund timings are described below.
- Refund processing: If a refund is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment
method. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to be processed after approval, though actual
posting to your account may depend on your bank or payment provider and may take longer in some cases.
- How to raise a complaint or claim: Email our Customer Service team with your order ID, relevant
photos (if applicable), and a clear description of the issue to runescape007@ymail.com.

purchase until the claim is resolved.
Note: Specific Services or merchants may have separate or additional cancellation & refund terms; where
such terms exist, they will take precedence for those items/services.
